3. Security Cameras and Video Surveillance

For the safety and security of our clients, staff, equipment, and property, we operate visible video cameras in the studio.

  • Where: in common areas such as the lobby/reception, studio/workout rooms, and entrances. We do not place cameras in restrooms, changing areas, or any place where you would reasonably expect privacy.

  • Why: deterring and investigating theft, vandalism, injuries, and safety incidents; resolving disputes; and protecting property. We do not use footage for marketing, and we do not use facial recognition or other biometric identification.

  • Notice: camera’s are visible and by entering the studio, you acknowledge and consent to video surveillance.

  • Who can view it: footage is accessible only to the owner and authorized management [and our security/camera service provider]. It is not monitored live for the purpose of observing individual clients' workouts.

  • Retention: footage is automatically overwritten after approximately [30] days, unless we need to keep it longer for an incident, claim, or legal request.

  • Sharing: we may share relevant footage with law enforcement, insurers, or attorneys in response to a legal request or to investigate an incident, or as otherwise required by law. We do not sell footage.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell sensitive personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (booking and payment platforms, email/text messaging, website hosting, analytics, accounting, camera/security systems). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Legal and safety recipients: government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or insurers when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property, including responding to an injury or incident.
